My continuing education has brought me to obtain my Broker’s License, Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Internet Technology Certification (e-PRO), and SFR (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource) and more to come.

I am currently involved in the 2011 Leadership Academy for the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

In 2004, I was nominated and qualified to become a member of the Master Broker's Forum (MBF) for the elite brokers and sales associates of Broward County.

Kenneth Averett

Kenneth Averett has been working with Jack Clark since 1999. Kenneth’s real estate career started in New York where he sold real estate in The Fire Island Pines, exclusively. An avid pet lover Kenneth spends his time loving his two pugs.

A classically trained actor and member of Actors Equity Association Kenneth graduated from the prestigious University of North Carolina School of the Arts professional actors training program.
