When I started THE JACK CLARK GROUP with Balistreri Realty in 2000, I had just moved from the Upper West Side/ New York City to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Relocation never being an easy thing, I found home buying to be a daunting and complex task. I was happy that I had chosen a REALTOR that knew Fort Lauderdale, the way I do now. 10 happy years later, I still live in the same house I purchased 9 years ago in Victoria Park.
I started my search on-line during the days of dial up internet service. Access to the Internet and Realtor.com, at that time was slow and time consuming at best. What I realized then, was that nothing could compare with actually seeing for myself what kind of housing inventory was out there, where it was located and what the neighborhood was really like. Driving neighborhoods proved to be an invaluable experience. I also knew that if I wanted to see inside any home, I needed to see that home with my REALTOR. I honored that relationship, because home buying can be involved and I needed the support, experience and professionalism that my REALTOR of choice brought to the table. When I started THE JACK CLARK GROUP at Balistreri Realty, I aspired to bring the same experience to my customers and clients. Whether buying a home or selling.
With over 27 years of executive professional sales and marketing experience with fortune 500 companies, you can feel confident when you come to me for advice. My commitment to my clients and customers, has remained my constant focus since 1999. My continuing education has brought me to obtain my Broker’s License, Mortgage Broker's License, Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation (ABR), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Internet Technology Certification (e-PRO) and more to come.
In 2004, I qualified to become a member of the Master Broker's Forum (MBF) for the elite brokers and sales associates of Broward County.
